From August 13 to September 13, 2026, you will receive a free book, Lev Alex frčí na kole (The Lion Alex Rides a Bike), with every FÍHA children's bike. Superhero bike training FÍHA

CLICK! The helmet buckle clicks. SNAP! Little hands grip the handlebars. Are you ready? The little bike hero bounces off the ground. The pedals slowly spin. It looks uncertain for a moment… but then suddenly — ZOOM! The road beneath the wheels comes to life and the adventure can begin.

Tišnovské Kozy 2026 brought together sport and community. And FÍHA was there!

WHOOOSH! Some events take place and are forgotten again. Others leave a mark that is talked about for a long time afterwards. This year's Tišnovské Kozy had exactly that effect. The 2026 edition confirmed that this event is growing into much more than just a running race. Hobby runners, families with children, volunteers, partners and people who came to support a good cause met again in one place. And when such a group comes together, it starts to sparkle.

Rockeeon's essential equipment: helmet, water bottle, energy and change for ice cream

RUMBLE! The forest rumbles under the wheels and Rockeeon has a big plan today. Beyond the stream is a hill that he has never ridden without stopping. Today he can do it. He can feel it. He stands on his pedals, the wind blows in his face… and then he remembers. GASP! Last time he forgot to drink. The day before yesterday he got a headache from the heat. And once? Once he got home without rewarding himself. Without ice cream. UGHH! And that was almost the biggest tragedy of the whole trip. Today it’s different. Before he sets off, he stops by his bike and checks if he really has everything. It’s not procrastination. It’s a ritual.

Children's bike maintenance: a heroic pit stop that any superhero can handle

Take off, turn, jump… WHOOSH! The bike flies forward, dust stays behind you and somewhere in the gears you hear a short CLACK. Not a problem. Just a signal that after the action it’s time for a check. After all, a superhero bike works best when it’s taken care of.
