Consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes
I agree that Cyklospeciality sro, with its registered office at Svatopetrská 35/7, 617 00 Brno, Company ID: 006675361, (hereinafter referred to as the " Controller "), within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, may process the following personal data:
First and last name,
e-mail (hereinafter referred to as "personal data")
The above data will be processed by the Administrator for marketing purposes, specifically sending newsletters to the person who gives this consent. This consent is given for a period of 5 years. The person providing this consent acknowledges that the Administrator will process the above personal data for the duration of the consent.
Personal data will be processed only by the Administrator, or by a person with whom the Administrator has a duly concluded processing agreement.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email or letter to the contact details of Cyklospeciality sro, Svatopetrská 35/7, 617 00 Brno, obchod@cyklospeciality.cz.
Cyklospeciality sro informs its customers that they have the right to:
obtain confirmation from the Controller as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed and, if so, have the right to access such personal data and the following information: the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organisations, the planned period for which the personal data will be stored or, if this cannot be determined, the criteria used to determine this period, the existence of the right to request from the Controller the rectification or erasure of personal data concerning the data subject or the restriction of their processing or to object to such processing, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
to have the Controller correct inaccurate personal data concerning them without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, they have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by providing an additional statement.
that the Controller erases personal data concerning them without undue delay, and the Controller is obliged to erase personal data without undue delay if one of the following reasons applies: the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, the customer withdraws consent and there is no other legal basis for their processing, the personal data have been processed unlawfully, the personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation laid down in Union or Member State law to which the Controller is subject.
to have the Administrator restrict the processing of their personal data if they dispute its accuracy for the period of verification of this fact by the Administrator, the processing is unlawful, and the Administrator requests that their processing be restricted instead of deletion, the data are no longer necessary for the purpose of the processing, but I need them for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
that the Administrator, at their request, transfers their personal data to another Administrator designated by them.
to object to the processing of my personal data with the Administrator.

in the case of business persons, company ID, VAT number (hereinafter referred to as "personal data ")
The above data will be processed by the Administrator for the purposes of registration on the Administrator's website/e-shop. This consent is given for a period of 5 years. The person providing this consent acknowledges that the Administrator will process the above personal data for the duration of the consent.
