We try to do our best to ensure that your shipment arrives safely and in the shortest possible time. For this reason, we do not install accessories on bicycles sent via courier. We ship the goods packaged in such a way that they are not damaged.

Free personal collection

You can pick up the goods after prior payment in Brno, Hradec Králové or Prague at the Cyklospeciality store.

Free shipping on purchases over CZK 1,999

The courier offers one of the fastest methods for smaller packages - the sum of all three sides is a maximum of 120 cm (standard shipment) or 150 cm (oversized shipment).

• You can pick up your shipment at one of the dispensing points or at the Z-BOT robotic dispensing point, which operate non-stop.

• Price: 59 CZK when using a dispensing point (free shipping for purchases over 1,990 CZK), 99 CZK when delivered to the address (free shipping for orders over 2,999 CZK).

Free online payment

• Payment by credit card is the fastest and most convenient way to pay for your order. You can pay for your order immediately within 2 minutes. The certified Gopay gateway ensures the security of your card. The advantage is the fastest delivery of goods to your home. Payment by credit card via GoPay can only be used for orders up to CZK 46,000 including VAT. For orders over CZK 46,000 including VAT, payment by bank transfer is available.

• You can pay for your order by bank transfer. We will send you the payment details together with your order. The money will be with us within 2 business days. After receiving the money, we will send the order.
