RUMBLE! The forest rumbles under the wheels and Rockeeon has a big plan today. Beyond the stream is a hill that he has never ridden without stopping. Today he can do it. He can feel it. He stands on his pedals, the wind blows in his face… and then he remembers. GASP! Last time he forgot to drink. The day before yesterday he got a headache from the heat. And once? Once he got home without rewarding himself. Without ice cream. UGHH! And that was almost the biggest tragedy of the whole trip. Today it’s different. Before he sets off, he stops by his bike and checks if he really has everything. It’s not procrastination. It’s a ritual.

If you want to ride like a forest hero, you don't need a full backpack or a bunch of stuff. Just four simple things. They'll keep you going uphill, downhill, and when the forest tries to surprise you.
A helmet is the foundation of every mission
CLICK! The buckle snaps and holds. Rockeeon knows the forest is unpredictable. Roots slip, gravel slides, and a rock appears right where you least expect it. SCREECH! And you're a bit further than planned.
A helmet isn't about "getting it right." It's about being able to get up quickly and keep going when the surprise moment comes.
A helmetis not an accessory or a must. It is the number one piece of equipment. It protects the most important thing – your head, which you only have one. Only dragons have two. And they don't ride bikes much. When your head is safe, you ride more calmly. And calm means more joy from riding. YIPPEE!
Drink up. It's better to eat.
GULP! A gulp of water and your legs come alive again. On a hill, your body works harder than you realize. And when it works, it needs to replenish its fluids. Without water, your pace drops and your concentration fades. BUZZ! Suddenly, every meter feels harder.
Rockeeonalways has a water bottle at hand. He drinks before he gets thirsty. That's why he lasts longer and has the strength to make it to the last descent of the day. Water is not a detail. It's the difference between "I can't do it anymore" and "one more hill". And if you don't want to lug a backpack, you can carry a water bottle on the bike frame. All you need is a basket and you'll have a drink at hand even while riding.
A snack saves the expedition
RR-RUMBLE … your stomach rumbles just as the best part of the trail begins. You don’t want to give up now.
A bar, a banana or something small will give you a quick kick. BOOMP! The power is back in your legs. Without energy you lose momentum, with energy you keep the pace until the end of the journey.
Rockeeon doesn't just throw his snack in his pocket. He hides it in a bag under his saddle - that's where he keeps his treasures. And besides the bar, a few pennies for ice cream. Because the hero knows that a little preparation makes a big difference.
Change for ice cream and a bike lock
DING! Miles behind you, dust on your feet and a smile that can't be wiped away. Every adventure deserves a dot. And sometimes that dot is cold, sweet and waiting at a bike path stand.
You stop. The bike rests for a moment leaning against the stand. The cable around the frame, CLICK! Done. Now you can sit in peace under the umbrella, enjoy your ice cream and not have to check every few seconds if something is wrong with the bike. The lockis on guard and you can enjoy your sweet reward without worries. WHEW!
End of the expedition? Not yet. Let's see.
The sun is no longer high. The light is softening, the shadows are lengthening across the road. You have kilometers under your feet, the ice cream is eaten, you are heading home. Right now it is time for one important thing. BLINK!The flasher comes to life. FLASH! FLASH! Not only when it is dark. Even during the day. Because being seen is the basis of safety.
Small light. Big signal. Drivers, cyclists and pedestrians will notice you sooner. Rockeeon knows that a hero doesn't just have to be fast. He also has to be visible. And when you flash, you drive more safely.
Rockeeon's quick pre-trip checklist
Before you go, check: • Helmet on and fits securely • Water bottle full and well inserted • Snack prepared in a saddlebag or backpack • A few coins for the final reward • Flasher attached and functional
Done? So no more delay. RATTLE ! The chain spins. THUMP! Root under the wheels . Trail ahead. Now it's your turn. GO.
WHOOSH! The holidays are coming to an end, but don't park the hell machine just yet. From August 13 to September 13, 2026, you will receive a free book, Lev Alex frčí na kole (The Lion Alex Rides a Bike), with every FÍHA children's bike. So put on your helmet, put your hands on the handlebars, and let's go for the next mission.
CLICK! The helmet buckle clicks. SNAP! Little hands grip the handlebars. Are you ready? The little bike hero bounces off the ground. The pedals slowly spin. It looks uncertain for a moment… but then suddenly — ZOOM! The road beneath the wheels comes to life and the adventure can begin.
